Business Development Manager

Description:

We currently are seeking candidates for a Development Manager. Sales and marketing experience is strongly preferred; individuals must be aggressive, motivated, hungry, self-starters who are cultural fits in a high-volume sales environment. We are looking for talented, aggressive individuals willing to join our team, learn our business and learn to develop lasting relationships with current and potential development candidates.

Duties include:

Developing and executing on targeted direct mail campaigns.
Making initial calls to direct mail targets, franchise opportunity inquiries from a variety of sources or other potential franchise candidates; THIS POSITION INVOLVES DAILY TELEPHONE CALLS TO NEW AND EXISTING CANDIDATES MOVING THROUGH THE SALES PIPELINE.
Manage candidate database.
Prepare monthly/period reports for clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the sales process, as needed.
Effectively develop and maintain relationships.
Develop an understanding of our clients’ business, competitors and differentiators.
Qualify new franchise prospects based on client company criteria.
Manage communication, including calls and correspondence on behalf of clients.
Ensure sales efforts are compliant with all applicable laws and regulation; Ensure proper disclosure practices.
Effectively utilize a PC/Mac, familiar with CRM database software.
Update and maintain client sales database sales for management activity reports.
Attend various franchise events, and conventions as needed.
Ability to work with strategic partners.

Desired Skills and Experience Qualifications:

Candidates should have a sales and/or marketing background with a desire to grow into a senior sales role. Candidates should show a willingness to learn, an ability to work within a team sales structure, be self-motivated and possess a passionate desire to exceed expectations. This is a consultative sales position that requires sales, marketing and consulting ability.

Outstanding oral and written communication skills, time management, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, ability to prioritize activity, problem solving skills and the desire to both win and to grow professionally are critical to success in this role. This role requires the ability to self motivate, manage your own schedule to ensure that all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner and the ability to work as part of a team while learning daily.

Type: Full Time – Experienced – client management responsibility/directly responsible for lead follow up and qualification, due diligence and closing of the sale.

Cell Phone Repair – Level 3 Technician

Description:

The Advanced Cell Phone Repair Technician’s job is to troubleshoot and repair cellular phones to “like new” condition. Apply advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems by following troubleshooting flowcharts, schematics, guidelines, and reading manufacturer manuals or similar documents. Perform complex repair and replacement to the component level. The successful applicant will have at least 1-2 years of experience as a Level 3 tech. The applicant must also be fluent in English & Spanish and be able to communicate with customers who may have questions regarding a repair. The chosen applicant will be a team player, outgoing and eager to learn new devices and tablet repairs as they become available. Associate degree in Electronics Technology or an equivalent Technical Training Certificate from an accredited institution or equivalent military technical training; Original Equipment Manufacturer’s certification in cell phone repair may be substituted for degree, certificate or training with more extensive repair experience on radio frequency devices such as radars, fixed/mobile radios, pagers or cell phones.

Duties include:

Diagnose a variety of errors and issues resulting from various incidents of trauma and liquid damage.
Refurbish cellphones, tablets, computers, and game consoles.
Based on failure descriptions, follow troubleshooting flowcharts and guidelines to determine the required repair and perform the repair if within scope of operations.
Perform advanced soldering including surface mount devices, fine pitch integrated circuits, and multi-conductor connectors.

Description:

i Fix Screens is looking for a Level 2 technician with (CURRENT EXPERIENCE) working on smart phone devices (Apple 5, 5s, 5c, iPods, Galaxies, etc.) Applicant must be able to perform component repairs on most major brands including screen repairs, function key replacements, housings, batteries and more. Having first hand knowledge working on Apple, Samsung, HTC, and Motorola devices is highly sought after. If the applicant has any soldering experience please include what experience you have in your resume. The successful applicant will have at least 6 months experience as a Level 2 tech. The applicant must also be fluent in English & Spanish and be able to communicate with customers who may have questions regarding a repair. The chosen applicant will be a team player, outgoing and eager to learn more about Level 3 repairs on smart devices.

Duties include: • Customer service • Diagnostics/Repair of cellular phones, computers, gaming systems • Maintain accurate inventory on parts and accessories • Maintenance of work area and store. • Providing excellent customer service to all customers.
