Try starting out with some basic ways like Restarting Your iPhone, Enabling Hotspot, and Making Sure that you use the Latest iOS version.

Basic Steps

On Windows 10/11, click the Network icon on the taskbar and click on Airplane mode to enable it. After a few seconds, click on it again to turn it off.

Make sure both your iPhone and Windows 11 PC are running the latest software versions. Updates often fix known connectivity bugs.

Sometimes, firewalls or antivirus programs block the connection. Temporarily disable them to see if that resolves the issue.
