Display: Expected to sport a 6.17-inch display, likely marketed as 6.2 inches (similar to Galaxy S24).

Dimensions: It is expected to be slightly smaller than the Galaxy S24. Galaxy S25 will be approximately 146.9 x 70.4 x 7.2mm. Galaxy S24: 147 x 70.6 x 7.6mm.

Chipset Rumors: Exynos or Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 may go global, with leaked benchmarks showing 4.32GHz speeds.

Cameras: 200MP main sensor, new 50MP ultrawide, and a 50MP 3x telephoto camera for exceptional shots.

Performance: Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 might outperform Apple's A18 Pro, but neither processor is yet available to consumers.

RAM and Storage: Expected 12GB RAM on non-Ultra models, with storage starting at 128GB for a balanced performance and capacity. 

Battery: Battery specs are expected to stay at 4,000mAh, similar to previous models, ensuring consistent performance. 

Design: There might be minimal design changes; rings around cameras and slightly slimmer bezels. Flat sides will remain, consistent with current smartphone design trends (e.g., Pixel 9).

Expected Announcement: Early January 2025. It is expected for Galaxy S25 announcement week of January 13, after CES (January 7-10).
