Enabling the Microphone: Go to Settings > General Management > Keyboard List and Default and see that the Samsung Keyboard is selected.

Keyboard Button on Navigation Bar: Turn on the Keyboard Button on Navigation Bar option to make the microphone button visible.

Space Bar for Voice Input: Set the space bar to function as a voice input button via Settings > General Management > Samsung Keyboard Settings > Swipe, Touch, & Feedback.

Alternative Keyboards: You can use Gboard (Google Keyboard) for voice-to-text by downloading it from the Google Play Store and setting it as your default keyboard.

Missing Microphone Icon: If the microphone icon is missing, check the settings or recent software updates that might have caused the change.

Voice Input Not Working: Restart your device or check for updates if voice input is not functioning properly. Disabling and re-enabling voice input settings can also help.

1. Accessibility Settings: Activate voice-to-text through accessibility settings by turning on Bixby Voice or another voice assistant in Settings > Accessibility > Voice Assistant.

Permissions: See that you have granted microphone access permissions to the keyboard app through Settings > Apps > Your Keyboard App > Permissions.
