Quick and painless. Workers provide great customer service and are easy to get along with. My daughter hasn’t reported any issues with her iPad and everything is working as it should. The only minor detail I could point out is that the feel of the home button press isn’t exactly the same as it was, but that is trivial given that it works perfectly.
