I took my son's Nintendo switch in to be fixed, and he told me it could be two different things. He told me to come back in an hour, and when I did he told me its time for a new one. I asked him how much, and he told me nothing. I was like are you sure, because you did invest your time into seeing what the problem was. He told me no he's not talking my money. All I have to say is the people are AWESOME! It's a charge to take your car in to see what's wrong, and he refused payment. These are great people, and they will take care of you with awesome customer service. I'll definitely go to them again if I need them in the future.
