Efficient Device Replacement and Repair Process
The iFixShield Device Protection Plan aims to return your device to you in tip-top shape as soon as possible:
- File a claim for your device issue at the store where you originally bought the protection plan.
- Be sure to have the case and the tempered glass on the device that was sold to you with the iFixShield.
- Once your claim is approved, we'll assist you with repairing your device.
- We endeavor to have all repairs completed by the next business day.
- Your protection plan may include in-store repair or replacement, depending on your device's type.

There are no deductibles.
Your iFixShield Device Protection Plan covers a maximum of two accidental damage claims within a 12-month period.
Yes, you can transfer your plan to a new device by visiting participating iFixScreens store and providing the necessary details about your new device.
Yes! The iFixShield remains with the device, regardless of its owner. The device is registered using its IMEI code or serial number, not the customer who purchased it.
The device must be in working condition in order to pass the diagnostic test. If your device is not functioning properly, please bring it to your nearest iFixScreens store for repair. Once repaired, you may purchase the iFixShield.
Unfortunately, only devices that are in good working condition and show no signs of damage at the point of sale can be enrolled in our device protection plan.

No, our protection plan does not cover lost or stolen devices.
The iFixShield protection plan should not be considered a substitute for phone insurance. It operates in conjunction with any existing insurance coverage you may have. It complements it to give extra protection, but it's important to review the terms and conditions of your policy.
Unfortunately, water damage is not included in the coverage provided by the iFixShield Protection Plan.

These Terms
2.1. These terms and conditions (“Protection Product Terms”) apply to the provision of our protection product service (“Protection Product”) to you, and they incorporate our Conditions of Repair found at https://ifixscreens.com/about-us/terms-and-conditions/. Together, these documents and any other policies referred to in them make up the agreement between you and us regarding the services and products we may provide to you as part of the Protection Product.
2.2. If there is a conflict between these Protection Product Terms and our Conditions of Repair, the Protection Product Terms take precedence.
2.3. Any capitalized terms in these Protection Product Terms will have the meaning given to them in the Conditions of Repair unless otherwise defined.
Our Protection Product
3.1. If purchased, our Protection Product includes:
3.1.1. One tempered glass protector for your device (“Screen Protector”);
3.1.2. One device case (“Case”); and
3.1.3. One Glass Screen Repair (as defined below) for your device, to be claimed in accordance with these Protection Product Terms.
3.2. The parts used for repair are according to our terms and conditions, https://ifixscreens.com/about-us/terms-and-conditions/.
3.3. The price of our Protection Product will vary depending on your device and the specific products you choose to include. The price will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
Registration of your Protection Product
4.1. Upon purchasing our Protection Product, we will obtain your contact details and device details, which will be held by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy as evidence of your purchase.
4.2. Your Protection Product will include either a Glass LCD screen or a Glass OLED screen (referred to as a “Screen” as applicable).
4.3. Each Protection Product purchased must be for one device, the details of which are given to us in accordance with clause 4.1, and cannot be transferred to any other device.
Claiming Glass Screen Repairs
5.1. A “Glass Screen Repair” means the installation of a new Glass Screen and a Screen Protector on your device.
5.2. In order for your device to be eligible for a Glass Screen Repair as part of the Protection Product purchased, the following conditions must all apply:
5.2.1. the Glass Screen Repair must be claimed in-store at one of our participating iFixScreens stores, which can be located via the link https://ifixscreens.com/locations/;
5.2.2. the Glass Screen Repair must be claimed within 12 months from the date of your purchase of the Protection Product;
5.2.3. if we have previously performed a Glass Screen Repair on your device, then at the point of claim, your device must still have the Screen Protector in place which was purchased as part of the Protection Product;
5.2.4. if we have previously performed a Glass Screen Repair on your device, then at the point of claim, your device must still have the Case in place which was purchased as part of the Protection Product;
5.2.5. If we have previously performed a Glass Screen Repair on your device, then at the point of claim, your device must still have the replacement screen installed that was originally installed by us; and
5.2.6. The device must have the same serial number and IMEI as the device details given to us in accordance with clause 4.1 above.
Cancellation, Refund, and Exchange for In-store Purchases of the Protection Product
6.1. If you purchase our Protection Product in-store, you will not be able to return or exchange any goods or services purchased as part of the Protection Product at any time, and no refund will be given if you change your mind about the purchase.
6.2. You will not be reimbursed for any unused Glass Screen Repairs, and you will not be able to exchange any unused Glass Screen Repairs for any other service or good.
