Nora is so helpful shes always smiling she helps out with everything she can always gives us information about different devices about what to buy and what not to buy. She literally goes out of her way to help! I would give this store 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend i Fix Screens in Carle Place come here she doesn't rip you off explains everything shes going to do and she really does work for the best interest of the customer! Just brought an iPad mini to this place with a terribly cracked screen. I did a basic search after using other places in the area (and being disappointed) and went by the google reviews ... they were as good as the reviews suggest. Not only did they do an amazing job, but the staff is wonderful as well. I highly recommend iFixScreens!

Eaxcellent, excellent , excellent service. Replaced screenin less than 15 mins. Gave warranty. Hope I don't have to come back but will do if I have another screen breakage!

Amazing service and extremely professional. Very accommodating and friendly. Nora was amazing and repaired my phone in a heart beat. I would recommend this store to anyone! They know what their doing and they don't beat around the bush. They try to give you the best prices and are extremely honest. I had gone to a different store prior to coming here and apparently they didnt do the repair correctly because when the phone was opened there was so many screws missing including the bottom screws to the phone. Nora took the time to look for the proper screws and put them in for me at no extra charge! Honestly this store is amazing! Thanks so much!! I'll be sending everyone I know here!

The phone screen was fixed in 1 hour. It seems to be working fine for now. The only thing that took a star away was the fact that I got a call 20 minutes after dropping off the phone that instead of $90 to fix, it would be $100 bc they said they made a mistake thinking it was an iphone 6 and not a 6s. Isnt both models screen the same size? The price quoted before the customer walks out should be the price honored. No receipt until next day through email bc their system was down.
