Apple has launched a number of iPad series in the last few years. We all know Apple is known to produce some of the best devices out there; users still face some iPad problems. Apple iPad is most popular in the tablet market. Apple’s released a number of iOS updates but iPad users continue to struggle with problems including abnormal battery drain, issues with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, problems with AirDrop, and more.
Apple iPad problems and how to fix them
iPad screen is frozen or not responding:
One of the most common problems is iPad screen not responding. This is due to apps running or leaving corrupted memory behind.
First power the iPad off and then on again.
If the screen still not responding, you have to force restart the device in which case you should press and hold the Power button and the Home button at the same time for around 10 seconds. It worked when the Apple logo seems.
For newer iPads without the Home button, press and quickly release the Volume Up button, press and quickly release the Volume Down button and then press and hold the Power button until the device restarts.
Note: Always back up your data before restoring in iTunes.
iPad Wi-Fi is not working:
First, you should check Settings > Wi-Fi on the iPad and make sure that it is turned on. It’s also worth making sure that Wi-Fi is accessible on another device. If it’s still not working, there are a few things you can try.
First, power your iPad off and on. If it still not works, try to restore your device’s settings by holding the home key with the sleep/wake key.
If your iPad is having an issue in connecting specific network, try to force the iPad to forget that network. Power off and on, and then try to reconnect.
Ensure you have the latest iOS software by going to Settings > General > Software Update. Plug your iPad into the power adapter before updating.
If your iPad still not connect then it’s better to check with your ISP for help or advice. The problem may be with a specific router. You should update the firmware or change the channel.
At the last, if nothing works then you may consider trying to connect to a different Wi-Fi network with your iPad just to test if it works. If it not works, then it’s time to contact iPad repair in your area.
iPad won’t charge:
The most common issue is many USB ports on older computers do not supply enough power to the iPad.
Reboot the iPad if possible and plug the iPad into a wall socket with the original power cable and adapter.
If the issue continues, replace cable and adapter, as your unit may be faulty or damaged. If it does still not charge after buying a new power adapter you will need to contact Apple as the iPad may have an electrical hardware issue.
iPad AirDrop Issues:
iPad users experiencing issues with AirDrop, including the inability to send files or discover users, will simply want to try toggling AirDrop to Everyone.
Turn off and then turn on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Check your network, turn off your Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and then turn them on.
Force restarts your devices. Hold on both of “Power” and “Home” buttons until the Apple logo appears on the screen.
Log out and then log in iCloud. Go to Settings > your account, log out of your iCloud account and then log in your iCloud.
Update iOS to latest. This problem may be some bugs coming with the iOS operating system you cannot fix. So just wait for the new iOS to fix it.
Reset Networks. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
iPad battery draining issue:
Battery draining problem in mobile devices is not always due to a bad battery or other damaged components. In fact, many people who have had encountered rapid battery draining issue on their iOS devices found out that software-related attributes are to blame.
Force close apps then restart your iPad Pro.
Manage battery usage and apps on your iPad Pro.
Install updates for apps and iOS.
Reset all settings on your iPad Pro.
Restore factory settings on your iPad Pro.
Your device may still end up having the same battery draining issue due to hardware damage. It’s possible that the battery or other relevant components have obtained some sort of damage and in that case, service would be necessary.

Let's Sea What Some Have To Say
Collin is the master. I had a broken iPad mini. Began by getting a quote from Collin. He answered me right away before this business hours even started. I dropped off the broken iPad mini screen and he was finished in about three hours. They called me up and had it ready. Collin was friendly and knows his stuff. I suggest anyone who broke their screen to check them out.
My husband and I just got both of our iPhones repaired at the Shirley location. We couldn't be more happy. Our iPhones look and feel brand new!! Both technicians, Ali and Marisol, are wonderful, knowledgeable, professional and caring! Being, that we walked into the store fifteen before eight we were afraid that we would have to leave our iPhones there until tomorrow.
My 9 year old dropped his iPad mini shattering the screen and was devastated. I found this place through groupon and immediately purchased a voucher. The carle place store is amazing. Very clean and faster than i had expected. I went in and Nora greeted me. She is courteous and professional. I asked how long it would take and she surprised me by saying less than an hour.
